Redaction

From privacy information to privileged data, Brava makes redacting documents in their native format—without converting to TIFF—simple. Brava's most basic redaction tool allows users to redact manually by drawing a box around content or images, but users can also redact words, phrases or privacy information automatically using Brava's advanced search tools. A reason code, such as "Privileged," can be applied for each search term, and a summary of all reason codes used is appended to the end of the redacted document.

Native Review

Brava offers native review for any document type. Users can search content and even add comments for other team members, all without altering the original document in any way, and all in a single, simple interface. Subsequent reviewers can step through comments one-by-one just by clicking the Next button, making communication more efficient and ensuring no comments are missed.
