Collaborate

Brava helps teams collaborate more efficiently and can be used in a number of workflow processes. Whether Brava is being used as part of a larger system, like an ECM or eDiscovery solution, or as a standalone desktop application, it has a robust set of commenting and markup tools for any document, image or drawing type and Brava never alters the original file.
Collaborate
Threaded Discussions Brava offers conversations, not just comments. Reply to comments by other reviewers and mark the status of the issue, like COMPLETED.
Comment-by-Comment Review Changemarks make reviewing comments easy and ensure none are missed by stepping reviewers through each note one at a time.
Bi-directional Stamps Brava can push and pull metadata to auto-fill data in a custom stamp or allow user input and notes.
Multi-User Review Users can add comments simultaneously in different markup files or they can route a single markup file. (Users cannot edit the markups created by others.)
Audit Trail Markups record who said what and when, giving users a full audit trail.
Original Document Secure Brava never alters the original file. Markups are saved in an overlaid XML file.
Open Markup Format Open XML format ensuring your recorded markups will always be accessible and can be processed externally to augment workflow actions.
Publish to PDF Include markups when converting documents to PDF or secure CSF for distribution to suppliers, bidders, customers or other outside entities. Changemarks annotations convert to Adobe comments when converting to PDF.
Consolidate Reviews Consolidate markup files from different users into a single markup file to avoid duplicate comments and make storing markups easier. The consolidator can delete markups so only the approved revisions are saved.
