To use Brava! Enterprise 5.3, you need Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher with ActiveX enabled.  Our control is signed and secure.

To check your ActiveX security levels:

1. In IE, select Internet Options... from the Tools menu.
2. Select the Security tab.
3. Select the Internet icon if necessary, then click Default Level...
4. Make sure the slider is set to Medium or lower (High will disable all ActiveX controls).
5. Click Custom Level...
6. Make sure Download signed ActiveX controls is set to Prompt or Enable.

If you cannot change these settings or if after following these steps, you still cannot load our ActiveX control, you may need to check with your System Administrator to see if they have implemented a global restriction on ActiveX.

Cannot View Documents

The problem is that you have older version of Brava!. You need to have current version.

To remove viewer:

1. Go to C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\.
2. Remove BravaClientXView class file.
3. Return to demo and the correct version will install.
