Compare
Brava can compare text, image and even CAD drawing file versions, visually highlighting differences between versions. Use Brava compare when revising documents to ensure all requested changes are made before releasing. You can even compare documents in different formats, such as Word to PDF renditions, and faxed executed contract versus the original document, etc.
Collaborate
Whether your team members are local or spread across the globe, Brava lets them review documents and share comments quickly and easily. They can even reply to comments and mark the status of conversation threads (such as "Completed").
Redact
Protect sensitive content in any document with Brava's easy-to-use redaction tools. You can simply draw a box around an area to be redacted, search for text or even use Brava's intelligent pattern-matching technology to automatically find Social Security and credit card numbers, patient names and more.
Stamp
Add resizable stamps to documents or drawings (e.g., approved, confidential, etc.). Create custom stamps to include images like company logos or equipment. Dynamic, bi-directional stamps can display metadata from the database and/or capture user-entered information to display in the stamp and push back to the document solution.
Publish
Publish any document to TIFF, PDF or secure CSF. You can choose to include markups and annotations as well as hyperlinks, bookmarks and other document features. You can also add stamps, a watermark or banners with information like "Draft" or "Confidential" and add document security (with PDF and CSF).
Takeoff Measurements and Counts
Use Brava to aggregate area and length measurements on CAD drawings and save by category, like carpet, pipe and trim. Set and calibrate the scale and units. Accumulate and takeoff unit and equipment counts, too. Measurements and counts display onscreen and can be printed or published to PDF, DWF, TIFF or secure CSF along with the drawing. Copy category totals to the clipboard or import them to Excel.
Secure
Brava was designed with document, content and network security in mind. Brava never modifies the original document and in fact never gives users access to the original document, just page views of the document. Brava also offers the ability to add a watermark or print banner or to convert a document to IGC's secure CSF format with Visual Rights document-level security. CSF offers a simple way for content owners to control what happens to the document once they have distributed it, and even expire (time bomb) the file.
