Automated Privacy Tools Automatically remove privacy information, like Social Security number, date of birth and all forms of a person’s name, from documents. Even redact all phone number and email addresses except those in question—instantly!
Redaction Methods Redact an area, all instances of a search term/phrase or list of terms/phrases, page or page range and much more.
Allow Text Redact the entire document and then select peek through sections to be visible (unredacted).
Apply Redaction Reasons Add reasons for each redaction like "Privacy Information" or Freedom of Information Act codes.
Verify Step through redactions to ensure full coverage and no “false positives.”
Finalize To finalize redactions, publish to PDF, TIFF or secure CSF, creating a new, redacted document.
No Oops Factor Redacted information is not transferred to the redacted file, nor is metadata (like the original author name and creation or modified dates) or hidden text.
Original Document Secure Brava never alters the source document, no accidental chance of overwriting the original file.
