| Set Scale |
When available, Brava picks up the scale of AutoCAD files. When the scale cannot be detected, users can set the scale and select the desired units manually. Manual settings can be saved between sessions and applied to other drawings.

| Takeoffs |
Create categories (e.g., carpet, tile, windows and pipe) and aggregate count quantities, length or area measurements for each. Items / areas counted or measured are visually marked for reference.

| Export |
All takeoffs can be copied to the clipboard or exported to a spreadsheet.

| Collaborate |
Brava is designed to allow multiple users to work on the same drawings doing different takeoffs at the same time and allowing those takeoffs to be viewed collectively and exported.

| Publish |
Publish the drawing, with measurement and count visual references, to PDF, TIFF, DWF or secure CSF.
